    Hello, all.
If you read the title, y'know what's going on in here! bobo
Anyways, you can increase your chances of completing an SE if you just read my DOs and DONTs!

Tip number #1; STOP USING SCREENSHOTS AND AMAZON RECEIPTS!
Screenshots make it look more professional, and you don't want to make it seem professional.
Don't have a printer, I don't either. Take out your phone and take a picture of the receipt and then attach the picture on your phone to the email.
My other advice is to not use Amazon receipts, companies sometimes tend to look up the order # and sometimes the product is on sale from the date you chose. Plus, most people use it when SEing, so companies will believe you more if you photoshop best buy or something.

Tip number #2; STOP USING THE GENERIC EXCUSE AND GET CREATIVE
Yes, you can say that your left earside of your headphones are not getting any sound.
But if you're gonna not gonna send a box, don't start saying that it immediately leaked or you suddenly got a noseblood after you got the RMA!
Say that there is blood from a while back and say that you have a disease nobody knows about for example; Plasmodium (a vague term for Malaria)
Use your creativity and make it believable, do not use the same excuse as everybody else.

    Tip number #3; BE PERSISTENT
If you say you sent your package a while ago and keep on saying that, they'll just send you back a replacement because they're annoyed of you.
    Works everytime.

Sorry for making it seem like I'm angry, but I want to encourage you guys for furthermore luck in SEing.
Have a great lifetime and post in the thread if you require assistance!
