so ive tried to SE logitech myself but since we dont have live chat here in germany i had to do it via email and from my first message it took them over 3 weeks to finally give me a replacement i dont know why theyre so incredibly slow on emails though so for anyone in germany better call them and do it on the phone if you dont wanna wait like 3weeks like i did
