    You say that you wouldn't take the time if there was not an issue, actually a lot of 'scam' buyers do.
    I have seen multiple cases, where the buyer will file a false claim against the seller about the account initially being damaged/banned at release, meanwhile the buyer damaged the account after the release. 'Scam' buyers will also file false claims against the seller about the account being recalled, when in most cases, it hasn't been recalled.

    Yes he gave me the information to the account. I even said that in this dispute. I then proceeded to change the password and recovery email. When i did this it sent an email to pejmans email saying if this was not you then click here. He had to have clicked the link to get his email back. He then changed the password to the email and I no longer have access to the email. Also someone else is playing on the clash of clans account still! As pejman noted when I first got the account I joined an American clan. Then I played on the account for a few days. After i released the payment the accounts email got changed by someone else (pejman). Now i no longer have access to the email and someone else is playing on the coc account. I sent picture proof of that as the account is in its previous clan that it was in before i took over the account. Also the account has active upgrades which means someone has been playing on it and upgrading within this WEEK. Note that the email was taken from me over 2 weeks ago. @Admin can look at my tickets submitted history and verify this. Also there you go again playing the gold card saying he's trusted. It is this exact reason that I'm assuming he wanted extra money and sold his favorite account or his actual account, knowing he could get the account back because of the recovery E-mail. Then he could win the dispute knowing he is a trusted seller.

    Pejman being a trusted seller should also mean that if one of his customers is having issues he should help. Notice in every single argument from the three way ticket to this my story has been the exact same. It doesn't make sense to me that if i was having problems with the account pejman should help me to figure out whats going on. Instead he's been arguing with me and the clash of clans account is in its previous clan that it was in before i took over. This leads me to believe that pejman the previous owner and was in that clan that it is in now, has the account. This is also why he hasn't once tried to help me resolve my issue.

    Im assuming you are pejmans second account or his friend. In my eyes it makes no sense that someone would spend money have the account and then sit there and dispute it. I spent my money happily knowing i would have a clash of clans account and would never have to deal with this site again because it's a pain, and could just buy an account and play on it and never have to come back to this website. Now i do not have the account and someone else is playing on it so here I am having dispute it and be back on this website because someone took back the account and email.

    I've said all i've needed to and don't have the time to just sit here and debate. I'll let @Admin read what i have said and let them make the decision.

    You could have taken it back to that clan, just for this purpose. Please provide valid evidence that the account was recalled.

    I am all across the Platform, and I get a lot of conversations where users require assistance, as I always resolve issues here, on PlayerUp.
    I have also applied for a Moderator Position on PlayerUp, and I am only awaiting for PlayerUp to implement moderators into the site.

    Once again this is all speculation. All i know is i no longer have access to the account and email and someone else is on it. I just want justice for whatever happened because no one would be happy that they spent 98$'s and it was all for nothing if the account was taken back. I just ask @Admin to look at my old expired tickets from over two weeks ago and see that i was indeed complaining about being scammed and then note that i submitted picture proof of someone on the account this week.

    BUYER:
    Notice i was in american clan and you left it and joined another clan
    THEN SELLER HAD ANSWER IT.

    TO CHANGE CLAIM

    TO CHANGE CLAIM AGAIN

    password gmail is wrong
    everybody can type everythings in filed password gmail,then say password is wrong.

    The buyer is requesting this transaction to be cancelled to receive a refund or exchange. If the seller approves the buyers request for a refund, please click on Change Order Status and select the "Seller - Cancellation Request" option. If the seller denies the buyers refund request, please respond back stating your reason and a middleman agent will respond to your rebuttal shortly.

    explain how the village has active upgrades @pejman if i couldn't get on. Also notice that I'm signed into my player up account behind it so you can see that this is indeed on my computer and I'm using blue stacks and did not get this picture from the internet. @Admin

    Reason it took me so long to respond is i have been busy. Like i've mentioned many times i am a busy person. So that last picture i uploaded of the locked account notice it says ownership verification. I sent this picture to penman notice i also have uploaded proof of the email being sent. After looking at the email i sent to pejman look at his response in

    Look at his response in the middle man 3 way conversation he lied about what i sent him notice i put a picture of the email i sent him and it says account locked over ownership issues. why would an account have that unless someone contacted supercell. then notice when i finally could get on the account because it was preloaded on my blue stacks i tried to get on gmail and since it was preloaded on the account i successfuly got on the google plus account however i still am not in control of the erfangolar email as penman took it back. what i noticed was pejman changed the email the clash of clans account was on notice i tried to link it and the accounts to on that google plus account anymore because pejman contacted supercell and locked the village. the pictures are the proof. Also he's been joining clans that speak arabian or indian or whatever language that is. Also he changed the name notice the name stirfry was what i changed it to when i had access to the account before pejman recovered the email. with all this being said the main point is the evidence is he lied about what i sent him!!!! thats proof enough on top of that he's playing on the account like he doesn't even care he's so confident his status of a gold seller has him immune to being accused of scamming.

    He said the account was banned not locked over ownership issues! Perhaps because he's the one that disputed! Also, you can tell i'm an english speaker. If i had the account why would i be in those clans?? @Admin Please read
