Just received my parcel from JD Sports literally 5mins ago its ONE bag full of clothing best method to refund this would it be partial? also it was delivered by DPD and signed in a fake name ordered under my girlfriends name also It says 2kg on the bag but wont really make a difference I assume they wont really bother to look into the weight with courier? Any tips to Refund this would be ACE
