    They still haven't contacted me either way, but if already paid you should probably get a refund.

    We strongly advise that you don't conduct business offsite. This is the #1 way scammers attract buyers and sellers is they lure them offsite and then bait them into anything because they have no consequences for their actions.     Confused though. You said transaction was Jan 5 2017 but @SCOP has only recently joined the site.
