    I have pay for the account , and he give me all the accound detail . After i use the account for few days he locked it , and request the ownership through Steam Support .     How can you protect yourself from these type of scams in the future?
    I strongly recommend in the future to use PlayerUp Middleman Services to protect yourself from these type of scams.     What can you do next to resolve this issue?
    Contact @Admin, asking them to reverse the transaction or deduct the credits from his account.
    Provide @Admin with the link to this dispute or with valid evidence as to why the transaction should be reversed.
    You need to do this before the funds have been moved from his account.

    It's a middleman transaction.

    Go to your 3 way ticket, click change order status, click cancel - buyer order, wait for an agent to respond back.

    Guess what today he is vanished , deleted email address and inactive at playerup . I can still refund my credit without his response? how long does it take?

    Yes, change your prefix in your conversation with Middleman to "Buyer Cancel Order". Response/Refund time should be approximately 1-144 hours, but can fluctuate.
