    I wanted to buy a Clash of clans account and paid 700 USD via PayPal.. He did the refund right away and asked me to use another Email.. I transferred another 700 USD to this PayPal email. I was told the account was already sold and was offered a refund but it never came.. for more than 7 months I have been told lies and unfulfilling Promises.. I have received 200 USD from a completely different person but 500 USD is still missing..

    I have all the PayPal receipts and will upload them if necessary.. I just want my 500 USD back.. nothing else
