Stole Money User UltimateBooster scammed me

    We agreed that i would pay first half, he would give me the account, then i would pay the last half, after i paid, (and i even sent him a photo of the transaction), he disconnected, and possibly blocked me on Kik (As all messages appear to only deliver and are not read.) or is just ignoring me. I hope you can help me.
    Im sure it´s definitely a scam because you dont take an hour or even more to just deliver an account´s info.

    1.png He basically says he doesn´t know how that works, but when you sell something, middleman is something trivial, and only scammers would leave that away, (Or only if the seller is trusted, but thats another fairy tale).

    Again, says he doesn´t know how, and this time, suggests i get a MM at MY cost. Besides, i read that sellers are to do the listing for one.

    It even says Camera (In spanish though, lol.) down below the image
    6.png Now, he confirmed himself that the payment was received, and most likely left after, as you can see, messages after were delivered, but not read.
    I knew there was something suspicious about this. 50 bucks for a level 11 account.

    How can you protect yourself from these type of scams in the future?
    I strongly recommend in the future to use PlayerUp Middleman Services to protect yourself from these type of scams, unless they have an extremely good reputation.     What can you do next to resolve this issue?
    Since this is a PayPal transaction, you need to immediately go to PayPal and open a dispute hopefully before the seller moves those funds. In order to do that, go to your paypal receipt, and see the area where it says resolution or dispute payment. Open a dispute and provide them as much proof as possible. Contact PayPal as well and ask them what you need to do to win a dispute. Keep in constant communication with paypal. If you sent the payment by family and friends then unfortunately those funds are lost as you cannot dispute those payments and we strongly advise against sending friends and family payments in the future even if the seller requires it, you can easily say no.     Can PlayerUp provide compensation for this dispute?

    How can I protect myself in the future?
    We strongly advise that you don't conduct business offsite. This is the #1 way scammers attract buyers and sellers is they lure them offsite and then bait them into anything because they have no consequences for their actions. If you did business on site, then disregard this message as the majority of scams are done offsite.

    This is a clear scam
    A lvl 11 account cost 100$+
    also he is not interested to deal via middleman so this is clearly a scam.

    Yeah, i know, but i though he was just offering it because he needed cash quick or something, i´ve seen trusted sellers sell level 11 accounts at 50 bucks before, so i though he was being legit.
    Guess i will wait until dispute ends because this guy doesn´t seem like he wants to dispute lol, so i guess Paypal will help me when it ends.
