Buyer "Baymi" Stole Account Back After Playerup Released Payment.

    First Off, let me Give A little background on what had happened (Of Course the Pictures below will add more details). I contacted the User known as Baymi who I believe is named Raman Yakubovich <[email protected]> that I intended the buy his account. All went well (He replied courteously and assisted me in every way possible Note: I had already been scammed 2x on PlayerUp and got 2 separate refunds and once I collected the Playerup Credits from the Refunds I cashed them in to Buy "Baymi's" account listed here: Sold - 5511 solo mmr and 4110 party. Old account with 108 games | PlayerUp Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform.
    The Transaction went very smoothly, The Buyer Provided all the details and all the requirements were met, and within a few hours I was already using and securing the account. (I followed Standard Procedure i.e. Change All Details: Passwords, Security Questions, Phone Numbers, and Email.) For a few days (Not Even 1 Month) I was using the Account and there were no signs that It would be taken back. Proper Feedback had been left and all the necessary requirements were completed (Essentially a Good Transaction, Both buyer and Seller were Happy.) Except Today May 20,2017 the Account was taken back by the Owner as I woke to find myself Locked out of the Account. All my security measures were somehow changed (passwords, emails, phone numbers, security questions). That's Enough for the Background The Rest of the Details Are contained Below with Supporting Pictures and Logs.

    This is the Initial Message I sent user "Baymi" about buying His account. At this time I had already been scammed twice and was.

    This is Baymi's Reply to my Email in Article 2. He Tried to Play Honest and Fair.

    The First Email was after Playerup had created the 3 way conversation and Baymi had opened the Email Verification for me. To Access The Account. The Second Email dated Today (May 20,2017) is the Email I sent After I had Learned that he had Scammed me and taken Back his account.

    Now How Did I know that it was Baymi who # back his account? Here's the Proof. He often uses the name
    "Shaxiethree" or "Shaxie" and the Previous email associated with the account used the words "Shaxie" in it, he also uses the nickname Baymi. The Now Associated with the Account is an Email that Baymi owns probably: "[email protected]"
    I will attach the proof that I had changed my email and my password and my phone number and now all of the were reverted back to his old details indicating that he was the one who # back his account after receiving the PlayerUp Payment.

    He was not able to completely escape my detection because I had linked the account on my steam family, He cannot leave the steam family as I have already put the account on Steam Lockdown (No changes, Purchases, or Anything is allowed to be done on the Account as Steam Support has locked the account completely until this issue is resolved).

    I made this dispute because I want a refund from Playerup (As well as a ban or penalties for Baymi) so that I can purchase another account hopefully from a more trust-able buyer. I doubt steam support will be able to solve this problem. Thank You For Taking the time to Read my Case!

    It's Surprising to me How Baymi # back my Account. I unauthorized all previous devices, removed all the past passwords, emails, contact information, any of his old friends, even changed email addresses, and added additional security features on my account. I even unaffiliated the account from any of the non-steam websites/programs that Baymi had affiliated the account with. I also did not use any external applications nor websites that could have jeopardized the account. I literally just played Dota 2 with it for half a Month before I woke to have it all taken away from me.

    How can you protect yourself from these type of scams in the future?
    I strongly recommend in the future to use PlayerUp Middleman Services to protect yourself from these type of scams.     What can you do next to resolve this issue?
    Since this is an off-site transaction, you need to immediately open a dispute with the company you used to transfer the money, hopefully before the seller moves those funds. I suggest that you contact @Admin with evidence of no account received asking them to reverse the transaction and send the credits back to your account.

    Can PlayerUp provide compensation for this dispute?
    Since this is a non middleman transaction and PlayerUp wasn't directly involved with safeguarding your payment and guaranteeing your transaction we will unfortunately not be able to provide any compensation for you on this transaction as you dealt directly with the individual for which you're submitting a complaint against in this ticket.     How can I protect myself in the future?
    We strongly advise that you don't conduct business offsite. This is the #1 way scammers attract buyers and sellers is they lure them offsite and then bait them into anything because they have no consequences for their actions. If you did business on site, then disregard this message as the majority of scams are done offsite.

    Then he should void your agreement, return the payment @Middleman sent him or provide an alternate account, or resell another account he has here and use those funds to pay you back.

    I do not need to restore this account, because I do not work like that. Positive feedback confirms this. I advise you to write to the Steam support. If you make at least one payment or an exchange to this account, report it

    It is your responsibility to make sure that the account is secure for the next buyer, whether you are the original owner or not. You will now need to take responsibility for the original owner that recalled the account as you were the seller of it and did not leave a disclaimer.
