    How can you protect yourself from these type of scams in the future?

    What can you do next to resolve this issue?
    Since this is an off-site transaction, you need to immediately open a dispute with the company you used to transfer the money, hopefully before the seller moves those funds. Unfortunately, you cannot file a dispute because you paid the with a gift card, this means that the user would have already redeemed the code on the card.

    Here all the proof :), we had a deal that he pays 30euros i reserve the account, and after i get the whole payment then he gets the account.
