    This is a steal at $60. The gold, dust, packs and legendaries should be more than enough to get any player on their feet. Personally I think it's worth far more than this but I'm just trying to break even (I spent $60 total over the years). Comment or PM me for any additional details.

    Unfortunately I don't think so, I believe Hearthstone accounts are linked to the region they started in.
