Resolved I have waited 3 days for a refund on my purchase

    I have cancelled a purchase of an account and I have waited 3 days rather then the supposed 48hours to wait and no refund or money back, here is the account that I have bought Sold - Level 90 TH9 675 gems | PlayerUp Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform.
    Both me and the seller have agreed to cancel the purchase and I have waited way too long for my refund of $20.60
    Please reply to this ticket shortly otherwise I will be furious and will not trust this website again, as it has scammed me once before.
