Resolved Why am I tagged as a High Risk account

    To whom this may concern,

    I recently sold an account on playerup and it's an amazing site to sell accounts. However, middleman just takes too long. In my experience, I put up an account for sale and had a middleman link, buyer purchased through middleman but the wait for the processing and verification left both of us, inexperienced as we were, at a loss on what to do and which phase of processing the payment was in. Thus, buyer cancelled (expecting an instant refund) but to both our surprise, it would be dragged on for a good 4 days before any word from middleman.
    As I use a different email for forums (makes it more secure), I put my personal email in the middleman link.
    After this, we processed our transaction through paypal and although it was all done and buyer got my account, I was worried for the buyer and as such, I created a new account under my personal email to see if middleman mailed that forum ID.
    Little did I know, I am now flagged as a high risk account for trying to help the buyer to my best abilities.
    Please reconsider this status as it will affect my future purchasing/selling on this site.
