    Hello all.
    I want to purchase something expensive from PlayerUp, but after hearing people are getting replies I'm starting to get cold feet. If I purchase the item through PayPal while I am located on a public IP, maybe a cafe or something, will I be able to 100% win a unauthorized claim?

    Hi @Piratica !

    If you purchase via Middleman and want to pay via PayPal, you need to contact Middleman first.
    If you send the payment by family and friends then unfortunately those funds cannot be refunded as you cannot dispute that payment. However, you can file a fake Unauthorized Payment Dispute and you may be able to be refunded.


    Disclaimer - Many users have reported that Middleman is taking months, not only for the seller but for the buyer too.
