Resolved Suspended for cancelling order

    As I got the startup message and right after I submitted the money I decided to click Buyer - Cancel Order as well as dispute the transaction on Paypal so that my money be returned. I did not receive any information on the account and wish for my money to be returned

    I can't contact middleman support directly because my account is suspended...

    Can I get an actual person's help with this? I didn't intend to buy his account frauduently, I intended to cancel the order before the 3 way conversation even started and I was marked as suspended after. I just want my money returned to me. I never got any information of the account anyways.

    What does it mean when my account has been banned?
    • Fraudulent
    • Spamming Mass Promoting

    How do I resolve this issue?
    • Wait for a moderator to review your account which can take time, OR
    • Submit a Support Ticket requesting your suspension removed. Provide us your username and the reason why you believe you were suspended.
