In order to do that, go to your paypal receipt, and see the area where it says resolution or dispute payment. Open a dispute and provide them as much proof as possible. Contact PayPal as well and ask them what you need to do to win a dispute. Keep in constant communication with paypal. @MAC1346 , @BelloqZafarian From investigating this thread, I've come to a conclusion. @MAC1346 decided to stop @BelloqZafarian from boosting the account because @MAC1346 found a replacement to boost the account due to @BelloqZafarian exceeding the time period that was set, (2 days, exceeded to over 3). @BelloqZafarian , you should not refund @MAC1346 the full amount but at least a portion of it due to exceeding your set time allocated. [ @Admin ]
@MAC1346 , please note that @BelloqZafarian did not completely scam you. You requested for him to stop boosting your account due to exceeding the set time period allocated, therefore @BelloqZafarian has not stolen anything from you. @BelloqZafarian still spent time boosting your account even though he did not complete it, but this was because you requested him to stop. I doubt @BelloqZafarian will receive any type of drastic penalty as the user did not steal anything from you and you requested him to stop when he could have continued. @BelloqZafarian should at least refund a portion of the amount because he exceeded the set time period. Thanks fore all your help. I hope he doesn't do this to anyone else. This my last question, can I file a dispute on PayPal if I send money from "friends and family" if I show them the skype chat?

@freechest Hiya, You may not have read all of the chat logs Mac had posted, but there is a mistake here. Initially, he had asked that I level his already semi-high (Level 78) account to near the maximum level in Wizard101 (Level 100). Being as his character had already been decently leveled up, this would've taken two days. However, Mac instead asked for me to level up a brand new Wizard. This takes a LOT of time to go from Level 0 to 100, more than two days. As indicated in his chat logs, he told me he just created the account. Here are some quotes I found from our chat logs, posted by himself in the OP. [4/6/2017 4:03:11 PM] John White: i ran in to an issue so i maybe need make a new account [4/6/2017 4:03:28 PM] John White: how much will you charge for 1-100? [4/6/2017 4:04:24 PM] Benjamin: Yikes, what happened? I would ask for 70$, but only 60 because you already gave me 10 [4/6/2017 6:20:09 PM] John White: and how long will this take? [4/6/2017 6:20:40 PM] Benjamin: I think I can get to level 40 by tomorrow night, no joke. Then maybe I will do 10 or 15 levels a day after that. It will take less than a week probably. [4/6/2017 6:21:16 PM] John White: alright Hopefully this clears things up now. You insist that I should refund money, but I am of a different opinion. I have proven that I have already done lots of work on his account, and have offered a couple times to finish it if I was allowed. This will be my only offer. I still offer to finish the request even now, if Mac wants to. If he doesn't want me to finish, it's his loss. Thanks for adding your thoughts on this dispute, -Ben
But I didn't tell that before, I told you that after. Also you agreed to work on the character, I even told you if you could be done by weekday and you said yes. Plus you never even let me log on to check the progress. Please refund me at least half due to you not finishing on time. Thank you
