So i wanted the g910 logitech keyboard. I called them first. I had a proper serial number and everything. I then proceeded to tell them that my keyboard doesnt work, its useless. I tried plugging it at my friends computer and tried reinstalling the driver. They said we will trouble shoot it for you. But i decided to tell them that I actually threw away the product. What i didnt know is that when you throw away the product they will say that the warranty is expired. So i started to yell at the sales rep, and everything nothing worked. I told them let me talk to your supervisor, they said they will call you back. And they didnt. SO BIG L FOR ME. LOL gonna try again with a new serial number, this time via chat. Lets see what happens. I need help with this. Anyone wanna give me some advice. I feel like saying i coughed up blood on my keyboard is too obvious because everyone uses that. So i tried to be smart by saying I threw it out. They cant offer you a refund unless they help you do the troubleshooting first.
