    What types of transactions are covered?

    All transactions for tangible goods that were paid for with PayPal are eligible for coverage if they meet the requirements for US sellers-except those processed through Virtual Terminal or PayPal Direct Payment. Read the PayPal User Agreement for our complete terms of coverage.

    What's the difference between tangible and intangible goods?

    A tangible good can be held and shipped (CD, mobile phone).
    An intangible good can't be held or shipped in a box (MP3, ringtone).

    What protection do I have for items not sold on PlayerUp?

    The transaction must be marked eligible or partially eligible for Seller Protection on the Transaction Details page.

    • Items sold on PlayerUp will be marked eligible even if the shipping address is unconfirmed. Generally, items sold on websites other than PlayerUp will be marked eligible if the shipping address is confirmed, and partially eligible if the shipping address is unconfirmed.

    Why doesn't Seller Protection cover deliveries made in person, or intangible goods (such as digital goods or services)?

    One of the most important requirements for coverage under Seller Protection is proof of shipment or delivery. Since deliveries made in person and sales of intangible goods do not have verifiable shipping documentation, we cannot currently extend protection for these types of transactions.

    The buyer has already provided us significant evidence against you. If you're not a scammer, then resolve the issue with him. Once you've resolved this conflict, then you use this sentence and actually have proof to back up your claim. Until then, everything on our end points to you as a scammer. Prove us wrong @LEMUHI

    The seller is clearly fraudulent or lacks communication skills needed to be professional enough to sell on PlayerUp. He has been banned. If anyone has been frauded by this guy, please create a support ticket and we will assist you at trying to resolve these issues.
