    TL;DR
    I dynamically show users ads based on their behavior.

    If you are a forum user (no minimum posts, or views). You can get paid per view, instead of monthly, I have a friend who was charging ~4$ per month, but gets over 1000 views daily, and another person who gets ~100 views daily and charges 10$ per month.

    If you are an advertiser, instead of paying someone who gets no views...
