What im willing to pay:100-300$ USD depending on the base(if its an almost maxed th9 or th10 ill pay 300 or a bit more but if its like a th7 but with maxed troups ill pay around 100$)- just my base range post pics on the thread and ill pick the best one i also want to use a middleman but i dont quite know how so if someone could also help with that that would be great. The only thing i care about is that the account has decent Walls and towers and what not but 100% Max level troups because im going to be using this account to donate troups to my self on my other th10 account. Payment would be prominently paypal because that is the most secure way. Middleman on here works by the seller creating a middleman link (through the middleman tab on here). Then you click on that link, go to checkout with it and pay. Then Middleman or another Moderator on here will contact you and the other person in a 3 way conversation. Will never contact you by kik/skype!!
