I did not scam this individual. In fact, I was already over half way through the game on his account, before the buyer himself insinuated I step down since he had someone else to take over: "[4/10/2017 7:43:20 PM] John White: hey man I just want to say thanks for your service but I am just looking for someone else to do the account." I was perfectly willing to continue leveling up his account, especially after he said it was a birthday gift for someone. The buyer seemed to have had a problem with me going out to eat, thus only getting 1 extra level done that evening. The responsibility lies on him for losing his money, as I have proved above. I've received good feedback and friendly experiences with all other transactions I have done through this website. -Benjamin EDIT: Here is some additional proof that I got his Wizard halfway through the game before he told me to step down. I took screenshots in-game as I was questing, and I also made a sport out of doing this on my Twitter. I was intentionally trying to speedrun this, and was bragging about it that night. The Twitter link is also below. The tweet I made coincides with the time I messaged him, notifying about my progress. His is 3 hours early due to his time zone. As seen by this tweet, it took me nearly 8 hours of work to get this far. Remember, the buyer told me to step down afterwards.

Indeed. That is correct, because you had originally wanted me to level you from 78 to 100. That would take two days. Instead, you ended up giving me a level 1 Wizard to work with.

I will not refund your money, and I hope you understand that. I invested 10 hours into leveling your account, and this has been proven. You were the one who told me to step down. I will happily finish the order if you provide me the new login information. I am being very reasonable here, and I hope the Admins recognize this. I want to stress again that the buyer requested I step down from his order, and changes the login information. In my opinion, responsibility falls on him for doing so. I offer to completely finish the order if the buyer will allow me.
I want a refund due to you having false calms stating that " The work can be done in 2 days" when you took more then two days. meaning you have falsely calmed your post.

The images are from two perspectives. The female high-level I used to carry your wizard, and then your Wizard. The first image is from my Wizard's perspective, and the second is from your Wizard's perspective.
The top right of screenshot #1 shows that your Wizard name is Jesse. This is not a name you can give to a female character in this game. The buyer is now lying. Anyone can go into Wizard101 and prove this.
