    This will lower the rates of scamming so much on the website.

    Making it a requirement might increase buyers but in contrast as @Admin said it'll just reduce the sellers.

    In theory yes it would eliminate fraud but then it would also reduce sellers because many want to do it on their own. We like to have both options especially for low dollar amount sales. If you have other feedback, let us know.
