    I feel like playerup need some more guys to handle all the scam disputes.

    Maybe you should pick some trusted users who want to help out. So you can provide faster and better support on this section (It's one of the most important sections here)

    We actually have a team trained now to handle this but they've been busy with other tasks. We're going to get this resolved soon enough.
