Hi, after doing my first SE, I have tried to do other companies, LOGITECH, PHILLIPS, and NORMAD. Still waiting on email from support for 2 of them and I reached a dead end with Phillips cause they asked to send back item and I said it had blood on it but they said it doesn't matter, I even said its illegal but the support rep's manager said its legal so... But while I wait for the 2 others to reply. Can you guys recommend some companies to SE(not refund) that doesn't require me to send back products? Much thanks for anyone who replies
