Hello, I own a minecraft server called VikingMC. It's a Towny server with RPG features and minigames. I am looking for a completely custom Auto Rank with 17 ranks. On screen message. GUI. Players have to play a certain amount of hourlys to unlock the rank and then pay money to rank up to it. I'd like to have firework explosions upon ranking up and a broadcast message to the whole server. Budget: $60
