    I have much video footage, but it doesn't allow me to upload it here...
    By the way, I bought the things called "Diamond locks". I bought 4 of them for 20 euro. That means he scammed my 20 euro.

    But how we would use middle man if I wanted to buy for the "diamond locks" ? I think middleman wouldn't download the game and etc...

    Seller will give you the product you are buying.
    You will confirm that you got the product.
    Middleman will release the payment to the seller.

    As I said, we didn't trade money... We traded game account for the game money... Not real money...

    It entirely depends on you if you can get your stuff back, try contacting the game developer and ask for account retrieval. What PlayerUp can do is to ban the guy who scammed you.

    Well, actually the game's developers aren't giving back scammed stuff, because it's "our fault", because we "have to keep our stuff safe" and yeah buying accounts in that game isn't legal and at the same time buying/selling "diamond locks".

    What can you do next to resolve this issue?
    Since this is a PayPal transaction, you need to immediately go to PayPal and open a dispute hopefully before the seller moves those funds. In order to do that, go to your paypal receipt, and see the area where it says resolution or dispute payment. Open a dispute and provide them as much proof as possible. Contact PayPal as well and ask them what you need to do to win a dispute. Keep in constant communication with paypal. If you sent the payment by family and friends then unfortunately those funds are lost as you cannot dispute those payments and we strongly advise against sending friends and family payments in the future even if the seller requires it you can easily say no. For more information, please contact PayPal.

    @Admin , it was not a transaction via PayPal. It was a trade between a game account and game items for a game. I have stated what they can do to resolve the issue. ✔
