    Hi,

    I tried to get an answer from your Support many times already regarding payments made to me since last month. Up to now I don't have any reply on the status of the payment made to me and when I could get it. Can you please help me understand your process and let me know what else I need to do to get the payments made to me? Are there pending reasons why payment is not yet remitted to me. Appreciate an immediate reply PLEASE.
