    Moving this to resolved for now since basically you haven't been scammed as your payment is fully protected under PlayerUp Middleman Services which is the good news here.

    We reached out to the seller gave him 48 hours to respond. If no response, we'll automatically cancel and send your funds back to your account. That's the worst case scenario. Best case scenario is the seller cooperates and resolves this. Any other information you have for us, please update your private conversation ticket.

    After 48 hours, click change order status, hit the CANCEL BUYER option and then we'll close out this transaction shortly afterwards.
