Resolved Impossible upload images

    Dear PlayerUP support,

    I need to upload document ID to verify account and receive PP payment for Transaction ID: 1560225530

    But it is impossible for me to upload an image because the website always show me this error message:
    "The uploaded file is too large for the server to process."
    in all images, even in a small image of 32kb (293x261).

    Please tell me how do i do that, how to send you an image or other data, and receive payment.

    This issue has been resolved. It's a bigger issue that will be addressed soon but as of now it's temporarily fixed.
