Sold Buying An UWC account with UB

Requirement:Must be not well known (the last guy that sold me the account lied to me and because of that it got banned)so i lost 200dollar not cool
If it well known i will not buy it especially if it well known in CB that will **** me up even harder
Also after i sent the money through paypal and friends
Plz sent me the following:

subnet mask
default gateway
prefer DNS server
alternate DNS server

If your wondering why it because sometimes the GM checks the ip address and such and that how i not get ban
the last account i didn't know about this so i got ban after they checked my ip address
so that was kinda gay cause i lost 200dollar

i also need a proof of you having the account so a picture of inventory and Stats
Can use middleman from this website if you prefer that however you will pay for middleman

aint my fault if u accepted and i was low on budget
and u never sold it to me so idk why u been posting on my forum and calling me a scammer it kinda annoying cause i did'nt buy **** from u yet and i offered to pay half of the prices then u sent info then i sent the other half
but u always complain and telling me to sent the whole amount
i wonder who trying to scam who here

Also the account must not Be in a clan for the last 3months!!!!the last guy lied about this too and he was in SS 2nd main HQ which made it well known to other ppl
