I need a way to verify my paypal. Finding a local bank is no option, so I need a virtual way. Paying $10 Skrill money (or if you know a fair, fast and flavourous exchanger, I can pay you in paypal $10). I really need it because I'm under 18 and I use a website that only lets you withdraw money to Paypal if you've verified your paypal with a creditcard/bankaccount.
