I have purchased a New 3DS XL somewhere last year and got it refunded. I have not made any purchases or so inbetween the item that I recently purchased to refund. I have received an email stating the weight of the item thus I can't easily say that the box is empty or I can't say it didn't arrived as It's compoulsory for us to sign the package to receive it or it'll be sent to the post-office.
