So basically, I wanna make a stealth PP, done this in the past before, and had a successful time in doing so, now, I am just wondering, what PP is best to avoid limitations, and only required a VCC for 100% conf, I believe Canada is good, but I really need one for eBay sales, that won't ID me if I'm receiving a few hundred dollars from selling on eBay, I will add tracking etc on there.
