Amazon issues

    Amazon.de was pretty straightforward, call them, sign a paper, and you would get the refund, it's been like that for a while.

    Got this now...

    Thank you for sending the affidavit.

    After analysing all information available, we have to assume that the shipment was not incomplete when it left our fulfillment center. We will not do a refund in this case.

    Wtf is going on, this is definitely new, a refund made 3 weeks ago went smooth, but this one didn't. Also, it happend to a friend of mine as well.

    Amount was 560 €, account had legits, first refund on the account.

    Any tips?
