Hi, Tried never arrived method (signed with a fake name) with Neiman Marcus and now DHL just left me a voicemail asking to confirm if I have received the package or not. Should I call them back and confirm it (they said they would investigate with the driver if I still haven't received it) or should I just leave it and hope they don't call back? I haven't got my refund from Neiman Marcus... Please anyone who has experience in courier investigations please post here would appreciate any help. Thanks..
