So I have one of those cordless vacuums for my apartment, and it just stopped working out of nowhere, so I called customer support and they shipped a new one out without me having to send it back or provide any proof of purchase. I told them I got it at Walmart at some point (which is true,) and they went with it. I got my brand new Vacuum (~$80) in 5-10 days. Not too sure who's interested in this, but maybe give it a shot if you need a new vacuum.
