Placed my very first order with HSN last week (never has history placing order with them before), which is a Macbook Pro of ~$2500. 10 hours later, my order got cancelled. I called Customer Service and was asked to call their Order Verification team. When I called Order Verification team, I was talking to a guy name Mike and later when I asked to speak with his manager, he told me that he is the only person in the team... I asked the reason why my order was cancelled, and he told me that HSN cannot disclose it. After some serious arguments, he explicitly told me that "I know what you are doing, you are committing fraud, I will report you to the police" etc. This is so weird since I never placed any order with them before and I am pretty sure my address is clean since I just moved... Anyone knows how to report this to their corporate office? When I contact HSN customer service, they said that corporate office does not have contact information.
