So I waiting on around $40 through a Paypal refund when they actual responded to the claim and then PayPal proceeded to shut the claim down. This is like my 6th refund, but whats weird about it is that they never banned my ip address or PayPal from their site. Do you think it would be possible for me to go onto the site and create a ticket on the order (It says it has been held by the security team, does this for like everyone you refund though.) and possiblely get my money back that way or do you think they would realize that I'm trying to scam them lol.
