Hello there, I gathered some money from selling builds so I want to invest some in my "education". I want to upgrade my current web designer and developer skills with a new and legit knowledge. I have $30 in my budget so anything below that would be great. I already know some basics and some advanced topics of HTML and CSS and a bit of JavaScript, but when I make websites it never works out like I imagine it or I have a problem with the website so I need to change the layout or design to... Need lessons on web design.
