    Sorry if this is the wrong place to post.
    I am under 18, not a US resident, and have an unverified PayPal, but I would like to purchase BTC (probably not from any users, unless they are trusted, very very new to BTC trading), preferably small amounts of it.
    Can anyone give me some recommendations? Thanks.
