@Minaida Thank you for your question. Simone is sold and it's impossible to have the same legacy name. No legacy account has the same name in SL data base. Please find our updated name list from our main thread

You also can check with other merchants. Everyone sells different names. If you find more than one merchants selling the same name, you may ask them first to find out before buying. Legacy name can only be named the same if last name is different.
