    See attached screenshots, I tried everything before coming here to file a dispute against him (Account worked OK for a few days, but because he used a bot to create and level it, the account got banned in a ban wave) because I understand things can happen, however this seller is aware his "botted accounts" all got banned as on the link, he has changed his buy now address, which just takes you back to playerup.com instead of paypal, so he is well aware of what happened, I would rather have solved this issue using Skype or Email but he simply stopped replying so this is about my last hope. I figure I won't get a refund so I would like him banned so that no one else gets cheated, From now on I will only buy from sellers who go through the middleman.

    The last email I sent to him was 3/3 requesting a refund, but he stopped replying way before that and it really annoys me that he sent me a replacement account that was already banned, Until he did that, I honestly believe he had no intentions of screwing me over at the start, but I think all his accounts / bots got banned and he just took the money and ran because he didn't want to deal with it.

    How can you protect yourself from these type of scams in the future?
    I strongly recommend in the future to use PlayerUp Middleman Services to protect yourself from these type of scams. Here is how it works for buyers (Buyers Guide) and here is how it works for sellers (Sellers Guide).

    He won't respond, he took my money and ran sadly, but not all is lost, at least he will get banned, so no one else will get screwed over by him.
