    Hello,

    Over a year ago, I was eligible for VIP status upgrade, and contacted you on the matter. I had been promised the status but am yet to receive it... a year later.... I've haven't contacted you on the matter in a while as my activity on the site has been on and off, and not needing the VIP perks. Now I am trying to use your site and those perks would be ideal. Please upgrade me and as I meet your requirements for the VIP upgrade, and I have been extremely patient on the matter.
