My situation: Personal PayPal since mid 2016 with real info, attached a VCC for verification and a fake birthday About 24 transactions (both in and out) 2 Disputes, one successful chargeback, other closed by paypal against my favor 0 refunds Transactions ranged up to 500€ My questions: Is it 100% safe to refund several companies or does it affect the probability of getting limited in any way? Is there anything I could do to improve its "health"? Are there known cases when paypal closed accounts for having too much refunds? Skype: teimn006
