I used to hear HP was pretty sweet for building up a nice bankroll. Just called up yesterday, for an $80 printer, and they were trying to pull the exchange bs on me (send yours in and once we recieve it/it ships out, we send the printer). Are all places like this now? Do I just have to try to sweet talk them into shipping it out beforehand every time?
