I live in UK and unfortunately I don't think you can scam QVC UK (unless @Psychotic did it, not sure), but I noticed that one of my banks offer a dollar account with a dollar CC. I was wondering, would it be possible to scam QVC that way? The billing address would be UK based so there is that problem. What are your thoughts? Is it worth trying?
