Two people I know got brand new Dell laptops. Same model. Is there anyway I can get replacements for them from Dell without sending them in. I have the serial numbers and proof of purchase as well. Can take pictures if needed/necessary. And two addresses for each laptop replacement. If anyone can help me out with this I can pay you for your efforts.
