    Hey, so I had a SE'er do a philip for me,

    1) the charger, i got in the mail and the box had a return label.


    2) He se'ed a toohthbrush and i got the confirmation email.

    I got another email that said


    Dear ****** *******

    We have ordered a replacement unit. With the replacement, we will include a prepaid return label so you can return the original product. The order should arrive within 7-10 business days.
