What is this, he open a dispute because the payment was 24 hours and you sir admin you know when paypal says you cant delivery the item if the payment its under revision.. I told him, lets wait 24 hours without problems, next day he just open a dispute because he dont have patience. I say to him, cancel the dispute and ill refund your money and he dont want. Im trying to refund buy paypal only allows to refund cash with the available balance. Stop being retard sir, im not wasting time on this.
