Last week, I got a verified U.S paypal account after I charged my account with money I got it limited due to unusual activity for the credit card connected to acc. I didn't use this credit card in any way, "methodsshop" and he is a user in this forum -seems he is banned now- who created this account and verified it for me. Paypal is asking for and ID copy and credit card statement, and i don't have both of them because I'm not an american citizen and the credit card is just a vcc so I need someone who can help me to verify the account or at least release the balance so i can send it to another paypal account. I will pay for anyone who help me in this matter It would be as service.
